In 1996, a Police Officer was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle and the Officer lost sight of the stolen vehicle. Keith and Partner were in the area looking for the stolen vehicle. The two juvenile suspects who had stolen the vehicle came out from an alleyway and sped towards Keith’s cruiser and T-Boned the cruiser causing Keith to become paralyzed from his chest down. Keith is currently learning to walk again with the help of an incredible device called Indego Exoskeleton which is shown in the picture with his son Reid.
